CEO Hitting lessons are designed for hitters seeking clarity, ownership, and consistency under real game pressure—not constant mechanical fixes.

CEO Hitting provides private baseball hitting lessons grounded in a clear development framework used by elite hitters across levels of the game.

Led by Mike Bard, these hitting lessons focus on helping players understand what they are trying to do, why it matters, and how to execute when the game speeds up. Sessions are individualized and intentional, emphasizing decision-making, timing, and composure rather than practice-only performance.

This is not a one-size-fits-all hitting program. Every hitter arrives with a different background, level of experience, and set of influences. Lessons meet players where they are while reinforcing responsibility, awareness, and long-term development that holds up in competition.
