Team & Program Consults

CEO Hitting Team & Program Consults are designed to help teams, coaches, and programs create clarity, alignment, and accountability — especially when the game gets heavy.

These sessions are not clinics and not mechanical instruction. They are high-level conversations that focus on how players think, respond, and compete under pressure, while helping staffs establish shared language and expectations across a program.

Mike works with youth organizations, high school programs, colleges, and professional teams, tailoring each consult to the group, the season, and the challenges the program is facing.

Common areas of focus include helping players take ownership of their development and performance, clarifying the difference between reacting and forcing outcomes, building emotional control that holds up in competition, creating alignment between coaches and players, and simplifying the game without dumbing it down.

Consult formats may include team sessions, coach-only meetings, leadership groups, preseason or postseason talks, and program-wide culture conversations. Each engagement is designed to support what the program is already building, not replace it.
